Brick Sheets

Crepes Gourmet offers a versatile brick sheet that can be matched to any salty or sweet treat. The rich and savoury brick sheet can be filled with meat or potatoes or it can be used as a substitute to phyllo dough. It can also be filled with creme or stuffed with nuts, then fried to create a typical Northern African delicacy. At the end of the day, the Brick Sheet is a guaranteed to make a successful meal.

Mille Feuille Crepe

Crepe Gourmet now features an ultra- thin crepe specifically used in a cake design. Its shape allows it to be stacked with a filling similar to the popular “mille-feuille”. It is then covered in frosting and finished with toppings in order to create a scrumptious dessert. In addition to its exquisite taste, the crepe comes in Tiramisu, Chocolina, Lemonella flavours, as well as an exclusive red crepe perfect for red velvet crepes.
